Questions

Straight answers.

Yes. Your company and document branding settings carry your logo, business information, document colours and terms onto the estimates and invoices your customers receive. Your brand leads what they see.

Yes. Estimates are itemized from your products and services, presented under your own business branding, and include your terms. They are built to be sent to a customer for acceptance.

When an estimate is accepted, the system can create the job and the invoice from it. That means the scope and pricing you already agreed carry forward instead of being retyped, which is where duplicate entry usually creeps in.

Yes. Costs and expenses are recorded against the job they belong to, and job budgets let you compare what you planned against what actually happened. The result is job revenue, costs, profit and margin in one place — for example revenue of $5,000 against $1,600 of costs leaves $3,400 of profit.

Yes. Multiple users are included. The Owner/Admin has full account and business control, while Staff users work in the day-to-day operational areas without access to sensitive company information, financial configuration or administrative settings.

Yes. Every invoice shows the amount invoiced, the amount paid, the outstanding balance and its payment history, with clear paid, partial and unpaid status. Across the business you can see what you invoiced, what you collected and what is still outstanding.

Yes. Estimates and invoices are built to be sent to your customers, and they arrive presented under your business identity — your name, your logo and your contact information — so the communication is presented under your business identity and replies go directly to your business.

Yes. FirstPage Operations is included for active FirstPage Local managed marketing clients. Access is activated in-house by FirstPage, so there is no public checkout for Local clients. Contact your FirstPage account manager for access.

No, and we would not claim otherwise. FirstPage Operations gives you operational financial visibility — invoiced, collected, outstanding, expenses, job profitability and revenue by customer — so you can run the business day to day. It is not positioned as a replacement for every accounting product.
