The service may record information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser or device information, login attempts, login history, activity records, session information and application error logs.

4. How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain business records, generate documents, send requested communications, provide support, troubleshoot issues, maintain account controls and improve the reliability of FirstPage Operations.

5. Customer and third-party information entered by account users

Businesses using FirstPage Operations are responsible for ensuring that information they enter about their own customers, employees or other contacts is collected and used lawfully and only for appropriate business purposes.

FirstPage Operations relies on infrastructure and service providers to operate functions such as hosting, email delivery and related technical services. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to deliver the services they support.

The application uses essential session and security technologies needed to sign users in, maintain account sessions, protect forms and operate the service. We do not describe these essential technologies as advertising cookies.

No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Business product

FirstPage Operations is designed for business use and is not directed to children.
