Terms of use.

1. Acceptance

By using the FirstPage Operations website or an authorized FirstPage Operations account, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms that apply to your subscription or service relationship.

2. The service

FirstPage Operations provides business operations tools including customer records, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments, expenses, job budgets, profitability views, operational financial reporting, document branding and user permissions. Features may be updated as the product develops.

3. Operational information, not professional advice

Accounting and profitability screens are designed to help businesses understand operational activity. FirstPage Operations is not a substitute for professional bookkeeping, accounting, tax or legal advice.

4. Accounts and authorized users

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, using accurate account information and providing access only to authorized users. Account owners are responsible for the activity of users they authorize.

5. Your business data

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the information you enter into the service, including customer details, pricing, taxes, terms, payment information, expenses and documents issued from your account.

6. Estimates, invoices and communications

FirstPage Operations can generate and send customer-facing estimates and invoices using your business identity and document settings. You are responsible for reviewing documents before issuing them and for the commercial terms, pricing, tax treatment and other content they contain.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, deceptive credential collection, abuse of other users or systems, or activity that materially interferes with the security or operation of FirstPage Operations.

8. Pricing and eligibility

The public standalone price currently shown for FirstPage Operations is $149 per month. FirstPage Operations may also be included for eligible active FirstPage Local managed marketing clients. Billing, cancellation, renewal and any account-specific commercial terms are governed by the applicable order, subscription or service agreement.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, hosting issues or product updates may occasionally affect access. Features and interfaces may change as the service develops.

10. Intellectual property

FirstPage Operations software, website content, interfaces, logos and FirstPage brand assets remain the property of their respective owner. Your own business name, logo, content and records remain yours or the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party services

Some functions rely on third-party infrastructure or services, including hosting and email delivery. Those services may be subject to their own technical limitations or terms.

12. Suspension and security

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or security concerns, comply with applicable requirements, or enforce the applicable account or service agreement. FirstPage administrators may retain controlled support access where appropriate to administer an account.

13. Liability and additional contractual terms

Any warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities, refund terms, governing law or other negotiated commercial provisions applicable to a paid account are stated in the applicable order form or service agreement. These website terms do not replace those account-specific terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website or service changes. The effective date shown above will be updated when revised terms are published.
