Secure access
The production website and application use HTTPS. Account passwords are handled through Laravel's secure password hashing and reset system, and repeated failed sign-in attempts are rate limited.
Trust & Security
FirstPage Operations handles customer records, estimates, invoices, payments and job information. The product is designed so businesses can operate professionally without exposing controls or information to people who do not need them.

FirstPage Operations is multi-tenant software. Each client business operates in its own account context, and the application enforces tenant-scoped access to business records.
Owner/Admin users can manage business and financial settings. Staff users can work in day-to-day operational areas without access to protected company, financial configuration or user-management settings.
Generated estimate and invoice snapshots are stored in private application storage rather than being exposed as ordinary public files. Issued document snapshots are preserved for historical consistency.
FirstPage Operations sends through the authenticated firstpageoperations.com mail domain. SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reverse DNS are configured for the production sending domain, while replies can be directed to the client business.
FirstPage administrators can use a controlled View As Client mode for support. The client context is visibly identified, and protected administrator account settings are unavailable while viewing a client.
Clear limits
We do not represent FirstPage Operations as SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA or other formally certified software unless and until a specific certification has actually been completed. Operational accounting views are provided to help run the business and are not a substitute for professional bookkeeping, accounting, tax or legal advice.
